We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Gardener to join our team and take responsibility for the maintenance and care of a wide range of outdoor commercial and residential spaces. From routine day-to-day upkeep to larger landscaping projects, this is a hands-on role that offers variety and the chance to work outdoors in diverse environments.

Responsibilities:

As a Gardener, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1. Routine groundskeeping across yards, gardens, roadsides, and beaches.
2. Planting, mulching, raking, pruning, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, and tree cutting.
3. Applying fertilizers and pesticides when required.
4. Safe disposal and removal of garden waste and debris.
5. Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as mowers, weedwhackers, and hedge trimmers.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ gardening experience in residential or commercial settings, locally or overseas.
• Preference given to Caymanians and /or, persons with the Right to Work (RERC/PR/MC), or those holding a valid work permit.
• Practical knowledge of plants and outdoor maintenance.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat.
• Flexibility to work weekends and outside of regular hours when required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Awareness of health and safety standards when handling tools, chemicals, and machinery.
• English language skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Driver’s license preferred but not essential.
